You may decide you want to stay in your home this can be achieved through out sell rent back option, we realise every situation is unique and will arrange a timescale to suit you.
How long does a sale take?
If you need to move quickly we can arrange to have contracts exchanged within 14days, again we arrange our timeframe to suit your needs.
How much does it cost?
Selling through an estate agent will cost upwards of £2000. Because we buy your house direct from you there are no fee's and we also contribute £500 toward your solicitors cost.
